Service Description

Heated Hatha is a 60-minute workshop that blends strength-building yoga with deep, intentional stretching. The first half of class builds heat through steady Hatha yoga postures that strengthen muscles, improve stability, and support joint health. The final portion slows things down with long-hold yoga stretches (~90 seconds per shape) to release tension, increase flexibility, and help the body fully unwind. This balanced yoga practice is ideal for students who want to feel strong, sweaty, and deeply stretched—all in one class. Options are offered throughout, and all levels are welcome. No experience necessary.
