Now offering Yoga based Strength Training
with Dr. Sarah Cavrak

Dr. Sarah Cavrak is a cognitive scientist, yoga teacher, and Reiki master. She has spent the last 25 years studying human behavior and wellbeing through both psychological and yogic lenses, and completed her PhD and 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher certification in 2013. She has been teaching public yoga classes, workshops, and leading international retreats ever since. Her classes are a playful blend of strength-building postures, detailed alignment, and mindful stretch. When Sarah isn’t moving around on her yoga mat, you can find her playing amongst the sand and the waves with her joyful pup, Moonstar.

Yoga Based Strength Training is a 60-minute, one-on-one session blends strength training, stability work, and targeted stretching to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body. Each session is fully customized to your goals, injuries, and energy levels—supporting functional strength, flexibility, and joint health so you can move with ease and trust your body again.
